Main tasks:

• Preparation and technical support for construction projects
• Checking and interpreting technical drawings and construction plans
• Preparation of budgets and material estimates
• Technical supervision on site and regular site visits
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and customers
• Handling and documenting technical problems encountered during construction
• Keeping technical documentation up to date

Expectations:

• Civil engineering degree (BSc or MSc)
• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Up-to-date technical knowledge (construction technology, materials, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Confident computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD preferred)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• B-category driving licence preferred
